          1. You approve the Architectural Plans and Detailled Specs.
          2. Botero Homes builds the home for you.
          3. You will be invited to typically 4 Review Meetings to review the progress.
          4. Botero delivers the Key with the Certificate of Occupancy.



Personalized Design Services

Nobody will charge you less than BOTERO for these services!

  • We will design your preliminary sketches to architectural and engineering plans for County approval.
  • We will process the plans with the County and obtain the "Building Permit".
  • You can buy plans on the internet, and we will customize them to your needs and local County codes.
  • You will get the preliminary plans and detailed budget at an average cost of $4,000 or less.
