Welcome to Botero Homes
A Virginia based real estate development firm specializing in detached, single-family, luxury development projects ranging from $600,000 to $4 Million. The company's production goal is to build a maximum of six homes per year in this market.
All of our homes are built to a total of 6,600 to 12,000 square feet with three finished levels. The Company has built an excellent track record with its suppliers and lenders, while managing to meet and even beat its operating budget projections.
At present time, we are building luxury mansions between $120 and $140 per sqft, including everything except the lot.
